The Southwest Reining Horse Association welcomes longtime sponsor Billingsley Ford and relatively new sponsor Custom Made Dunit as naming sponsors of its two futurities. Held October 19-24, 2021 at the Hardy Murphy Coliseum, the SWRHA Futurity and horse show paid out over $246K last year. The SWRHA has the largest membership body of all NRHA affiliates in the U.S. and is one of the last trials riders can test their futurity horses at before the big NRHA Futurity.
The Billingsley Ford Open Futurity is a one-go competition slated for Saturday, October 23, and its $112K in added money brings more than 200 of the best 3-year-old reining horses and trainers in the U.S. In 2020, Franco Bertolani scored a 222.5 on Gangsta Sixtysix to win the Open Level 4 Championship earning $17,591 for owner Helga Smith Quarter Horses. Gangsta Sixtysix is by Inferno Sixty Six out of Rush N Cat.

To be held on Friday, October 2, the Custom Made Dunit Non Pro Futurity boasts $41,500 in added money and paid out a total of $47,387 in 2020 when Mandy McCutcheon won $5,719 on Star N Diamonds (Whizkey N Diamonds x Starlight On The Bay).
In 2019, Kristen and Rodion Cantacuzene, Jr, the owners of Custom Made Dunit, upped their sponsorship to naming the Non Pro Futurity. Custom Made Dunit is a 2005 buckskin mare by Hollywood Dun out of Custom Red Berry by Custom Crome. She is an NRHA money earner and producer of $668,900+, including the 2019 Run For A Million Co-Champion, Custom Made Gun ($419,985), NRHA Futurity Non-Pro Co-Champion Customized Gunner ($96,526) and NRHA Futurity Non-Pro Reserve Champion Customized My Gun ($83,866).
